Here to help you with back pain, neck pain, joint issues, muscle soreness and virtually any other musculoskeletal problem. I offer effective hands-on treatment, advice and exercises to get you back to your best.

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a hands-on treatment for mechanical problems with your body. We aim to improve mobility, reduce tension, and improve blood flow to get you functioning at your best.

We are a holistic profession, looking at the person completely and taking into account lifestyle factors, the stresses in your life and your medical history when analysing why a problem is affecting you at this particular time. We also look at a realistic journey back to health and recovery which accounts for busy schedules, family life or work commitments.

Osteopaths are highly trained professionals, having completed a 4 year degree course.

About Me

Hollie Carter MOst MA(Oxon) PgACE

I qualified from the University College of Osteopathy with distinction in 2011, having won the clinical prize in my final exams. I have worked in a variety of practices since graduating but since 2015 have been running and managing West Dulwich Osteopaths and Triangle Osteopaths in South London which I absolutely love. With two young children I am keen to spend some of my time working closer to home and was so happy to find the lovely treatment space at Deva Yoga in Chislehurst

I did a degree in Physiology before training to become an Osteopath. I absolutely love learning about the body. Helping people understand their problem and why it has happened, and then contributing to them getting better or getting the right treatment is a wonderful way to make a living.
